WELCOME
Integrative Behavioral Health and Wellness is a world unto itself. Here, our talented medical professionals minimize daily life stressors and provide personalized mental health care that is proven to work. We look forward to helping you on your journey.

I am a dual-certified family and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, and my goal is to provide compassionate and effective mental healthcare to children and adults who are struggling with mental illness. My approach to treatment is patient-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Whether you're battling depression, anxiety, PTSD, or any other mental health concern, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, learn coping skills, and develop a recovery plan.My objective is to guide individuals in achieving their recovery goals through health promotion and engaging in psychiatric rehabilitation and intervention. Both traditional pharmaceutical and integrative care, including brain health, nutritional psychiatry, and supplementation. We will address your health through psychological, familial, societal, ethical, spiritual, and biological dimensions.

I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. My passion for mental health began long before my clinical training and has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences, allowing me to connect authentically with those I support.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent many years working in behavioral health. I had the opportunity to support individuals in detox, eating disorder treatment, and community-based programs for those affected by trauma, addiction, and mental illness. Through these experiences, I witnessed the incredible strength of the human spirit and learned that healing happens when people are met with understanding, respect, and genuine hope.
I take an integrative approach to care, addressing mental wellness through biological, psychological, and social dimensions. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals in recovery, women, children, and those who identify as neurodivergent. I believe that no matter how far someone has fallen, it’s always possible to rebuild. Often, it begins with just one step, one choice, or one moment at a time. It’s my privilege to support my patients along that journey.
