We provide compassionate, evidence‑based medication management for patients across the lifespan. Our prescribers work with individuals and families to support mental‑health needs at every stage of life, including:

  • Young children (ages 5–12) — behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, mood symptoms, emotional regulation

  • Teens and adolescents — anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma‑related symptoms, school and social stressors

  • Adults — mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma‑related conditions, chronic pain‑related symptoms, and more

  • Older adults and geriatric patients — neurocognitive disorders, depression, anxiety, behavioral changes, and age‑related mental‑health needs

We welcome individuals with a wide range of mental‑health and neurobehavioral conditions, from common concerns like anxiety and depression to more complex diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, OCD, autism‑related symptoms, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

Our goal is to meet each patient where they are and provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports long‑term well‑being.

In‑Person and Telehealth Visits

We offer both in‑person appointments and secure telehealth visits to make care accessible and convenient for every patient.

Telehealth is available for children, teens, adults, and older adults when appropriate, and provides the same level of attentive, compassionate care as an office visit.

Whether you prefer to meet face‑to‑face or from the comfort of your home, we’re committed to providing flexible options that support your well‑being.

Appointment Information

Intake appointments are scheduled for 60–90 minutes. During this first visit, we take time to understand your history, current concerns, and treatment goals.

 

Medications may or may not be started at the initial appointment — our prescribers review treatment options carefully and may consult with other providers involved in your care before beginning medication.

Follow‑up appointments are typically 30 minutes, though sessions may be extended to 60 minutes when additional support or therapeutic discussion is needed.

 

While we do not offer stand‑alone therapy appointments, supportive therapy is blended into medication visits as appropriate.

Crisis services provide 24‑hour phone and in‑person support, including assessment, intervention planning, information, referrals, and brief stabilization. Services are available to anyone in need and do not require Oregon Health Plan coverage.
