Crisis Services

If you or someone you know is in crisis, you should contact the clinic by phone at (541) 322-7500 x9 or call (800) 875-7364 (toll-free) or walk into the Stabilization Center, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Sometimes, hospitalization may be necessary for the individual's and others' safety. In these cases, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Crisis services is a 24-hour program that responds by phone or face-to-face. Services may include assessment, intervention planning, information, and referral services. In addition, we provide brief crisis stabilization through individual or group treatment.

Crisis services are provided to any needy individual; Oregon Health Plan coverage is not required.

Crisis Services also performs investigations and consultations for individuals alleged to be mentally ill and dangerous to themselves or others. Investigators prepare cases for civil commitment, assist families with two-party petitions, and assist in placing individuals in treatment.
